Veritask is committed to complying with personal data protection principles as set out in Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection. You can request account and personal data deletion at any time.
Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated and enter a 30-day grace period. During this time, you can still cancel the deletion by logging in again.
If there is no login activity within 30 days, all personal data, documents, and account history will be permanently deleted from our production systems according to our internal retention schedule.
Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered. We may retain certain data to meet legal obligations, such as financial transaction records.
Follow these 3 steps to delete your account directly from the app.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Settings" to open the account settings page.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page, then click "Delete Account". Confirm the action.
Your account will be deactivated and permanently deleted after 30 days if you do not log in again. Logging in during this period will cancel the deletion.
