Keputusan Presiden (KEPPRES) TENTANG Perubahan atas Keputusan Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Cuti Bersama Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara Tahun 2021
ABSTRAK:	\n \n Dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019, perlu dilakukan perubahan tanggal cuti bersama bagi Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tahun 2021. \n Dasar hukum Keppres ini adalah Pasal 4 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945; UU Nomor 5 Tahun 2014; PP Nomor 11 Tahun 2017; PP Nomor 49 Tahun 2018; dan Keppres Nomor 7 Tahun 2021. \n Keppres ini mengubah Diktum Kesatu Keppres Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 yang menyatakan bahwa cuti bersama ASN tahun 2021 yaitu pada tanggal 12 Mei 2021 sebagai cuti bersama Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1442 H dan membatalkan tanggal 24 Desember 2021 sebagai cuti bersama hari raya natal. \n \n
CATATAN:	\n \n Keputusan Presiden (KEPPRES) ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2021. \n Keppres ini mengubah Keppres Nomor 7 Tahun 2021. \n \n

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering

that in order to realize the efficiency and effectiveness of working days and provide guidelines for government agencies in implementing joint leave in 2021;
that in the context of preventing and handling the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019, it is necessary to amend the joint leave dates for State Civil Apparatus Employees in 2021;
that based on the considerations as referred to in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a Presidential Decree concerning Amendments to Presidential Decree Number 7 of 2021 concerning Joint Leave of State Civil Apparatus Employees in 2021;
