Considering:

that in order to further improve the effectiveness of the Logistics Affairs Agency in managing the supply of staple foods and to facilitate the flow of goods, it is deemed necessary to sharpen the main tasks of the Logistics Affairs Agency;
that in connection with this matter, it is deemed necessary to improve Presidential Decree Number 50 of 1995 concerning the Logistics Affairs Agency as amended by Presidential Decree Number 45 of 1997;
