RPJMD Kota Sawahlunto Tahun 2013-2018 disusun dengan sistematika sebagai berikut: BAB I :Pendahuluan, BAB II :Gambaran Umum Kondisi Daerah, BAB III :Gambaran Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, BAB IV :Analisis Isu-Isu Strategis, BAB V :Visi, Misi, Tujuan dan Sasaran, BAB VI :Strategi dan Arah Kebijakan, BAB VII :Kebijakan Umum dan Program Pembangunan Daerah, BAB VIII :Indikasi Rencana Program Prioritas Yang Disertai Kebutuhan Pendanaan, BAB IX :Penetapan Indikator Kinerja Daerah, BAB X :Pedoman Transisi Dan Kaidah Pelaksanaan. This Regional Regulation of Sawahlunto City amends the provisions of Article 4 in the Regional Regulation of Sawahlunto City Number 17 of 2013 concerning the Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Sawahlunto City related to the systematics of preparing the RPJMD of Sawahlunto City for 2013-2018. The RPJMD of Sawahlunto City for 2013-2018 is structured as follows: CHAPTER I: Introduction, CHAPTER II: General Overview of Regional Conditions, CHAPTER III: Overview of Regional Financial Management, CHAPTER IV: Analysis of Strategic Issues, CHAPTER V: Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives, CHAPTER VI: Strategies and Policy Directions, CHAPTER VII: General Policies and Regional Development Programs, CHAPTER VIII: Indication of Priority Program Plans Accompanied by Funding Needs, CHAPTER IX: Determination of Regional Performance Indicators, CHAPTER X: Transition Guidelines and Implementation Rules.
