THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering / Whereas:	That with the formation of the Development Cabinet V, it is deemed necessary to amend the composition of the Management Agency for the Kemayoran Complex, as stipulated in the FOURTH dictum of Presidential Decree Number 53 of 1985 which has been amended by Presidential Decree Number 55 of 1986.
Bearing in Mind / Having Regard to:	Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution; Government Regulation Number 31 of 1985 on the Withdrawal of Part of the State Assets Invested in the Capital of the Public Company (PERUM) Angkasa Pura (State Gazette of 1985 Number 45); Presidential Decree Number 64/M of 1988.
