RATIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE GERMAN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION WITH RESPECT TO TAXES ON INCOME

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that in Jakarta, on March 16, 1987, the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the German Democratic Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income, as a result of negotiations between the Delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the German Democratic Republic;
that in connection with this, and in accordance with the Mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia
