CAPITAL MARKET

President of the Republic of Indonesia,

Considering:

that in order to further accelerate the process of expanding public participation in the ownership of corporate securities towards equitable distribution of public income, as well as the optimal achievement of the capital market, it is deemed necessary to improve the provisions regarding the Capital Market by increasing the participation of the public role;
that in connection with this, it is deemed necessary to re-establish regulations regarding the Capital Market;

In view of:

Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution;
Law Number 15 of 1952 concerning the Stipulation of the \"Emergency Law concerning the Stock Exchange\" as Law (State Gazette of 1952 Number 67);
