Tindakan ini hanya dapat dilakukan setelah pemberitahuan kepada Ketua M.P.R.S. dan, khusus untuk penangkapan, penahanan, dan penggeledahan, memerlukan perintah dari Presiden. Pelaksanaan tindakan kepolisian harus dilakukan oleh petugas negara dengan pangkat minimal Kolonel untuk militer, Komisaris Besar untuk kepolisian, dan Gubernur untuk pemerintahan sipil. PROTOCOL ASPECTS IN POLICE ACTIONS AGAINST
MEMBERS OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE M.P.R.S.

Reading:	Letter from the Chairman of the Provisional People's Consultative Assembly dated February 7 Number 201/MPRS/61
Considering:	that in order to maintain and preserve the majesty and dignity of the M.P.R.S. as the Highest State Institution of the Republic of Indonesia, it is necessary to have provisions regarding protocol aspects in police actions against members of the M.P.R.S. Leadership; that as a continuation of Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 292 of 1960 and Number 340 of 1960, special provisions are needed to regulate protocol aspects in police actions against members of the M.P.R.S. Leadership mentioned above.
