Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Keputusan Presiden ini bertujuan untuk mengesahkan Agreement Establishing the Asian Coconut Community yang telah ditandatangani oleh Delegasi Republik Indonesia pada Konferensi Kerjasama Ekonomi Asia ke-III di Bangkok pada tanggal 12 Desember 1968. Pengesahan ini dilakukan karena Pemerintah Republik Indonesia tidak berkeberatan terhadap persetujuan tersebut.

Ketentuan Substansial: Keputusan ini menegaskan pengesahan perjanjian internasional yang melibatkan Indonesia dalam komunitas kelapa Asia, yang merupakan hasil dari pembicaraan antara delegasi-delegasi Republik Indonesia. Keputusan ini tidak mencantumkan pembagian kewenangan antar lembaga pemerintah atau kewajiban perizinan, pendaftaran, atau persyaratan khusus bagi badan hukum.

CONCERNING
RATIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE ASIAN COCONUT COMMUNITY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Reading:

Minister of Trade dated 6 February 1969 No. 42/M/II/69 regarding the Agreement Establishing the Asian Coconut Community;
Minister of Foreign Affairs dated 19 April 1969 No. 3235/69/23 regarding the Ratification of the Agreement Establishing the Asian Coconut Community.

Considering:

that as a result of discussions between the delegations of the Republic of Indonesia at the IIIrd Asian Economic Cooperation Conference on 11 to 14 December 1968 in Bangkok, an Agreement Establishing the Asian Coconut Community was signed by the Delegation of the Republic of Indonesia on 12 December 1968;
that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has no objection to ratifying the agreement referred to
