Considering:	that it is necessary to appoint members of the Board of Directors for the Indonesian Science Council, as referred to in Article 5 of Law No. 6 of 1956 (State Gazette of 1956 No. 14) concerning the establishment of the Council;
Reading:	the letter from the Minister of Education, Teaching and Culture dated March 31, 1956 No. 19028/S proposing the composition and appointment of the Board of Directors referred to above;
