Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 180 Tahun 1957 bertujuan untuk mengirimkan perwakilan Indonesia ke \"Tenth Session of the World Health Organisation for South East Asia Regional Committee\" di Rangoon. Keputusan ini menetapkan Dr. J. Sulianti dan Prof. Dr. Mochtar sebagai perwakilan, dengan ketentuan perjalanan tidak lebih dari 15 hari. Biaya perjalanan ditanggung oleh pemerintah, dan mereka harus berkoordinasi dengan Perwakilan RI di Rangoon. Selama di luar negeri, mereka menerima uang harian sesuai golongan, dengan pengurangan jika fasilitas disediakan. Mereka juga diizinkan membawa traveler's cheque dalam jumlah terbatas. Setelah kembali, mereka wajib melaporkan pengeluaran dan tugas kepada pihak terkait. Selama tugas, mereka tetap menerima gaji penuh dan masa kerja dihitung untuk pensiun.

Considering / Whereas:

that from 16 to 21 September 1957 in Rangoon will be held \"Tenth Session of the World Health Organisation for South East Asia Regional Committee\";
that it is deemed necessary for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to send its delegates to the conference;
