Considering:

that to provide uniformity in concepts, definitions, and industrial classifications in line with the developments and shifts in economic activities in Indonesia, it is necessary to re-regulate the Indonesian standard industrial classification;
that the Indonesian standard industrial classification as an official standard for classifying economic activities in Indonesia used by government agencies needs to be adjusted to the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities, Revision 5;
