WE, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Considering:

that in connection with the departure of the Minister of Oil and Natural Gas Affairs abroad, it is deemed necessary to appoint another official who, in addition to his position, is assigned the task of carrying out the daily work of the Minister of Oil and Natural Gas Affairs ad interim;
that the Minister assigned to the Dwikora Cabinet Presidium who is assigned the task of assisting the Deputy Prime Minister III in the implementation of policies regarding the industrialization and mining of Oil and Natural Gas, Major General TNI Dr. Ibnu Sutowo is considered appropriate for the position;

In view of:

Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Constitution;
