ESTABLISHMENT OF BANDUNG COLLEGE OF SOCIAL WELFARE

Considering:	that in order to fulfill the needs and improve educated and professional human resources in the field of social welfare, it is deemed necessary to establish the Bandung College of Social Welfare as a state tertiary education institution within the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare with a Presidential Decree;
In view of:	Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution; Law Number 2 of 1989 concerning the National Education System (State Gazette of 1989 Number 6, Supplement to State Gazette Number 3390); Government Regulation Number 60 of 1999 concerning Higher Education (State Gazette of 1999 Number 115, Supplement to State Gazette Number 3859);
