Considering:

that in connection with the changes in the positions of several members of the National Leadership Assembly of the Scout Movement and the National Headquarters and the Daily National Headquarters, and with the emergence of the need to improve the members to facilitate the development of the Scout Movement, it is necessary to amend and supplement the composition of the bodies in question, as referred to in Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 447 of 1961 dated August 14, 1961;
that in view of this, the aforementioned Presidential Decree needs to be replaced with a new Decree;
