Keputusan Presiden No. 282 Tahun 1965","scope_and_parties","policy_content","Keputusan Presiden ini bertujuan untuk memperpanjang masa kerja Komando Pelaksana Pembangunan Museum Sejarah Tugu Nasional (Kopel P.M.S.T.N.) yang sebelumnya dibentuk dengan Keputusan Presiden No. 282 Tahun 1965. Perpanjangan ini dilakukan karena hasil kerja yang memuaskan dari Kopel P.M.S.T.N. dan keyakinan bahwa mereka dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik. Susunan keanggotaan Kopel P.M.S.T.N. terdiri dari beberapa pejabat tinggi dan ahli di bidang sejarah dan kebudayaan. Masa kerja diperpanjang hingga 1 September 1966 dengan target penyelesaian sebelum 17 Agustus 1966. Kopel P.M.S.T.N. diberikan wewenang untuk berhubungan dengan instansi pemerintah dan swasta, mengangkat penasehat ahli, serta menetapkan peraturan dan keputusan pengangkatan pegawai. DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
NUMBER: 364 YEAR 1965

Considering:

that the Implementing Command for the Development of the National Monument History Museum (Kopel P.M.S.T.N.) which was formed by Presidential Decree No. 282 of 1965 for a period of 3 (three) months has been able to show satisfactory work results;
that the results of the work provide confidence that Kopel P.M.S.T.N. will be able to complete its task as expected;
that it is therefore necessary to extend the term of office of Kopel P.M.S.T.N.;

In view of:

Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Constitution;
Decrees of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 188 of 1964 jo No. 64 of 1965;
Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 282 of 1965;
