Keputusan Presiden ini bertujuan untuk mengesahkan Perjanjian Transportasi Udara antara Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Negara Bahrain yang telah ditandatangani pada tanggal 29 November 1992. Perjanjian ini merupakan hasil dari perundingan antara delegasi kedua negara. Pengesahan ini dilakukan sesuai dengan amanat Presiden Republik Indonesia kepada Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat mengenai pembuatan perjanjian dengan negara lain. Keputusan ini menetapkan bahwa perjanjian tersebut disahkan dan mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan, serta diinstruksikan untuk diundangkan dalam Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia.

CONCERNING
RATIFICATION OF AIR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF BAHRAIN

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering :

that in Bahrain, on November 29, 1992, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia signed the Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the State of Bahrain, as a result of negotiations between the delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Bahrain;
that in connection with this, and in accordance with the mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the House of Representatives Number 2826/HK/1960 dated August 22, 1960 concerning the making of agreements with other countries, it is deemed necessary to ratify the Agreement by
