Considering:

that in connection with the issuance of the Decision of the Chairman of the Provisional People's Consultative Assembly dated August 10, 1966 No. A.3/31/MPRS/1966 concerning the dissolution of the National Front, it is deemed necessary to dissolve the National Front as an implementation of MPRS Decree No. XIV/MPRS/1966;
that in connection with the dissolution of the National Front, it is necessary to seek a new forum or regulation to replace the National Front.

In view of:

The 1945 Constitution;
Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 1959;
Presidential Decree No. 165 of 1960 concerning the Articles of Association of the National Front;
