that in Port Louis, Mauritius on March 5, 1997, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius on the Promotion and Protection of Investments, as a result of negotiations between the delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius;
