Reading :	the decision of the Governor, Head of the East Java Province Region, dated October 30, 1953 No.O/BH.64b/594 which stipulates: \"Regulations regarding the increase in the principal amount of pensions for former employees of the autonomous region of the East Java Province or their widows and/or children\"; Letter from the Minister of Home Affairs dated January 11, 1954 No.Des.9/3/31;
