CONCERNING
THE SECOND DEVELOPMENT CABINET

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:	that in order to implement the decrees of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia as well as possible, it is necessary to immediately form a new cabinet and dissolve the old cabinet; that those whose names are mentioned in the SECOND provision of this Presidential Decree are considered to meet the requirements to be appointed as Ministers in the new cabinet;
In view of:	Article 4 paragraph (1) and Article 17 of the Constitution; Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia No. IX/MPR/1973;
