CONCERNING THE PEOPLE'S CORE SHRIMP POND PROJECT AS HAS BEEN
AMENDED BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBER 9 OF 1988

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:	that in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the People's Core Shrimp Pond Project as stipulated in Presidential Decree Number 18 of 1984 as has been amended by Presidential Decree Number 9 of 1988, it is deemed necessary to amend the Presidential Decree;
In view of:	Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution; Presidential Decree Number 18 of 1984 concerning the People's Core Shrimp Pond Project as amended by Presidential Decree Number 9 of 1988;
