Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 68 Tahun 1953 ini dikeluarkan untuk menggantikan Saudara M. Suwahjo dari keanggotaan beberapa badan karena kesibukannya dalam pekerjaan lain. Berdasarkan usulan Menteri Dalam Negeri dan persetujuan Menteri Pertanian, serta tidak adanya keberatan dari Presiden, Mr. Wongsonegoro diangkat sebagai anggota \"Centraal Rubber Fonds\", \"Centraal Thee Fonds\", dan \"Raad van Bestuur van de Stichting Indonesisch Instituut van Rubberonderzoek\". Pengangkatan ini berlaku mulai 1 Maret 1953, dan Saudara M. Suwahjo diberhentikan dengan hormat dari jabatannya pada badan-badan tersebut terhitung mulai tanggal yang sama. Keputusan ini juga membatalkan Keputusan Presiden sebelumnya Nomor 24 tertanggal 12 Februari 1951.

DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

DECIDES:

Considering:	that based on the Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs dated February 20, 1953 No. Sekr. 10/4/40, the replacement of Saudara M. Suwahjo in the membership of several bodies mentioned below is proposed; that Saudara M. Suwahjo, due to his busyness in other works, can no longer sit as a member of these bodies;
In view of:	Article 3 of Staatsblad 1948 Nos. 28 and 25 concerning the provisions regarding the management of the \"Centraal Rubber Fonds\" and \"Centraal Thee Fonds\"; Articles of Association/Bylaws of Stichting Indonesisch Instituut voor Rubberonderzoek dated June 26, 1941, as amended on October 11, 1949;

Taking into account:

Letter of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 10, 1953 No. 3360/LI which states its approval of the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs;
