PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Reading :	Letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs dated March 11, 1975 Number 2179/75/29;
Considering :	that on December 20, 1974 in Berlin, the \"Trade Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the German Democratic Republic\" was signed, as a result of negotiations between the delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the delegation of the Government of the German Democratic Republic; that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has no objection to ratifying the Agreement referred to in letter a above;
