DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Considering:

that in order to facilitate the work and strengthen the structure of the leadership of the Supreme Advisory Council, it is deemed necessary to appoint a Vice Chairman II of the Supreme Advisory Council;
that Mr. Prof. Sujono Hadinoto, S.H., Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, is considered capable and meets the requirements to be appointed as Vice Chairman II of the Supreme Advisory Council;
that the position of Vice Chairman II of the Supreme Advisory Council needs to be equated with that of a Minister.

In view of:

Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution;
Presidential Decree No. 232 of 1963 and No. 53 of 1964;
Presidential Decree No. 3 of 1959.

DECIDES:

Article 1

Appointing Mr. Prof. Sujono Hadinoto, S.H. as Vice Chairman II of the Supreme Advisory Council.
