RATIFICATION OF THE \"TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC\"

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Reading:	Letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs dated January 17, 1976 Number 449/76/29 regarding Ratification of the Trade Agreement between Indonesia and Poland;
Considering:	that as a result of negotiations between the delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the delegation of the Government of the Polish People's Republic, a \"Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Polish People's Republic\" was signed on July 5, 1974 in Warsaw; that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has no objection to ratifying the Agreement as referred to in letter a above;
