Tokyo, Jepang, untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan dan pengusahaan proyek Gedung Wisma Nusantara di Jalan Thamrin, Jakarta. Tujuan dari keputusan ini adalah untuk menunjuk Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Tenaga Listrik sebagai Supervisor (Pengawas) atas nama Pemerintah dalam proyek tersebut. Considering:

that by Presidential letter No.: B-53/PRES/6/1969
dated June 10, 1969, the Government has given
approval of the Basic Agreement between the Governor
of Bank Indonesia with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Tokyo - Ja-
pan to complete the construction and management
project of the Wiema Nusantara Building located in Djalan
Thamrin, Djakarta.
that in connection with the above, then in
the framework of implementing the provisions of CHAPTER III Article
28 of the Basic Agreement, it is necessary to appoint
the Minister of Public Works and Electric Power to act on
behalf of the Government as Supervisor on the Wisma Nusantara Building project.
