Reading : The appeal letter dated November 28, 1955 from Liem Sie Ong, owner of the truck company \"KALIBENING\" residing at Kp. Strong 72, Semarang, against the partial rejection of his application dated June 25, 1953 to transport goods by public truck through the designated routes Semarang-Djuana-Surabaya and Semarang-Pekalongan with a public truck, by Decree of the Minister of Transportation dated May 2, 1955 No. L8/43/2;

That the partial rejection decision as referred to in the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. L8/43/2 dated May 2, 1955, has been announced in State Gazette No. 96 dated December 2, 1955;
That the aforementioned rejection is based on the results of calculations made according to the load lists that have been submitted
