Reading:	Letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs dated May 12, 1975 Number 4027/75/29;
Considering:	that on March 8, 1975, in Bucharest, the \"Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Romania (Persetujuan Dagang antara Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Sosialis Romania)\" was signed; that the Government has no objection to ratifying the Agreement as referred to in letter a above;
