Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Keputusan ini diambil karena Ibu Sanusi, istri Menteri Perindustrian Tekstil dan Kerajinan Rakyat, memerlukan pengobatan di luar negeri, yaitu di Amerika Serikat, berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Tim Ahli Kesehatan. Tujuan dari keputusan ini adalah untuk memberikan izin perjalanan guna mendapatkan perawatan medis yang diperlukan.

Ketentuan Substansial: Keputusan ini memberikan izin kepada Ibu Sanusi untuk berangkat ke Amerika Serikat dengan seorang pengantar, Sdr. NJ. Hary. Semua biaya perjalanan pulang pergi ditanggung oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Setelah tiba di Amerika Serikat, mereka harus segera berhubungan dengan perwakilan RI setempat untuk mengurus keperluan mereka. Setelah pengobatan selesai, mereka diwajibkan segera kembali ke Indonesia dan melaporkan hasilnya kepada Pemerintah RI. Keputusan ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan.

Considering:	that in connection with the illness of Mrs. Sanusi (wife of the Minister of Textile and People's Handicraft Industry), which according to the statement of the Health Expert Team needs to get treatment abroad (United States);
In view of:	Government Regulation No. 18 of 1955; Presidential Decree No. 171 of 1967; Instruction of the Cabinet Presidium No. 12/EK/IN/9/1966; Decision of the Cabinet Presidium No. 62/EK/KEP/10/1966;

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

FIRST: Grant permission to Mrs. Sanusi (Wife of the Minister of Textile and People's Handicraft Industry), to depart to the United States (Washington), to undergo treatment accompanied by an escort Mr. NJ. Hary;
