CONCERNING
REVOCATION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBER 301 YEAR 1968 CONCERNING REGULATION OF CESS COLLECTION

Considering:	that in order to increase export activities of non-oil and gas commodities, since April 1, 1976 the Government has stopped the implementation of Cess collection; that in connection with the above, it is deemed necessary to revoke Presidential Decree Number 301 Year 1968;
In view of:	Article 4 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution; Presidential Decree Number 44 Year 1974 concerning the Main Points of Departmental Organization; Presidential Decree Number 15 Year 1984 concerning the Organizational Structure of the Department; Presidential Decree Number 29 Year 1984 concerning the Implementation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget;
