Keputusan ini membentuk Panitia Rehabilitasi Rakyat Korban Kekacauan yang terdiri dari beberapa menteri, termasuk Menteri Pertama sebagai Ketua. Panitia ini bertugas mengusahakan rehabilitasi rakyat korban kekacauan sejalan dengan usaha pemulihan keamanan. WE, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that the effort to rehabilitate the people who are victims of chaos is a very important effort and must be carried out in line with the major effort to restore security;
that in order to achieve the greatest possible results and effectiveness, it is necessary to form a committee to coordinate, lead and supervise the implementation of the rehabilitation, which consists of Ministers who have a strong interest;
