Appeal letter dated November 12, 1956 from Ho Long Po, owner of the truck company “H. L. P.”, residing at Djalan Astanaanjar No. 14c Bandung, against the decision letter from his application dated Djuni 18, 1953 to transport goods by public truck through the Bandung–Djakarta routes with two public trucks, with the decision letter of the Minister of Transportation dated May 18, 1955 No. L8/48/21;

Considering :
