CONCERNING
RATIFICATION OF THE AIR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF KUWAIT

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that in Kuwait, on March 28, 1994, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia signed the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the State of Kuwait, as a result of negotiations between the Delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Kuwait;
that in connection with this, and in accordance with the Mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the House of Representatives Number 2826/HK/1960 dated August 22, 1960 concerning the Making of Agreements with Other Countries, it is deemed necessary to ratify the Agreement by
