WE, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Reading : Letter from the Chairman of the Provisional People's Consultative Assembly/Deputy Prime Minister III dated February 24, 1965 No. A4/1/3/MPRS 65;

Considering :

that in connection with the health of Sdr. K.H.Tb. Achmad Chatib no longer permits him to remain in his position as a Member of the D.P.R.-G.R./M.P.R.S., it is deemed necessary to dismiss him from his position as a Member of the D.P.R.-G.R./M.P.R.S. representing the Functional Group of Islamic Scholars;
that in connection with the dismissal of Sdr. K.H.Tb. Achmad Chatib as mentioned above, it is necessary to appoint a replacement;
