CONCERNING
RATIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED THIRD AMENDMENT OF THE ARTICLES
OF AGREEMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that the amendment of the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund as approved by the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund is intended to realize a better international monetary system;
that in connection with that, and in accordance with the Mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the Mutual Cooperation People's Representative Council Number 2826/HK/1960 dated August 22, 1960 concerning the Making of Agreements with Other Countries, it is deemed necessary to ratify the Amendment by Presidential Decree;
