No. 23 YEAR 1961.

WE, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

Considering:

that in connection with the appointment of Mr. Mohd. Ichsan
as State Secretary as stipulated by
our Decree dated January 16, 1961 No.42/M, it is necessary
to hand over the position of Chairman of the Mosque Establishment Committee on the Palace grounds
to Mr. Ichsan;
that in connection with the above, Mr. S.
Hardjowardojo, Vice Chairman of the Mosque Establishment Committee at
the Palace grounds, who has been acting as the Official
Chairman of the Committee as stipulated by our Decree
dated November 16, 1960 No. 301, needs
to be honorably discharged from his position;

In view of:

Our Decree dated January 9, 1959 No. 1 and dated November 16,
1960 No. 301;

DECIDES:

To stipulate:
