DETERMINATION OF LAMPUNG PROVINCE LEVEL I REGION AND NUSA
TENGGARA TIMUR AS THE REGION OF ORIGIN AND TRANSMIGRATION AREA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that in connection with the increasing number of forest encroachers
in the Province of Lampung Level I Region, it is deemed necessary to
designate the Province of Lampung Level I Region as the Region of Origin
and Transmigration Area;
that to accelerate regional development and support
development in the Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur Level I Region,
it is deemed necessary to designate the Province of Nusa
Tenggara Timur Level I Region as the Region of Origin and Transmigration Area;
that in connection with the above and based on the provisions of Article
