Peraturan ini mencabut: 1. Peraturan Daerah Kota Palopo Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Lembaran Daerah Kota Palopo Tahun 2012 Nomor 6).

Peraturan Daerah Kota Palopo ini mencabut Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah Kota Palopo. Pencabutan ini didasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 188.34-9837 tanggal 13 Oktober 2016 yang mencabut Peraturan Daerah Kota Palopo Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah. Dengan dicabutnya Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2012, maka peraturan tersebut tidak lagi berlaku.
