NUMBER 3 OF 1992
ON
EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL SECURITY

BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that national development as the practice of Pancasila is carried out within the framework of developing the whole Indonesian people and developing the entire Indonesian society, to realize a prosperous, just, affluent, and equitable society both materially and spiritually;
that with the increasing role of manpower in the development of national development throughout the country and the increasing use of technology in various sectors of business activities, it can result in increasingly high risks that threaten the safety, health and welfare of manpower, so it is necessary to increase worker/labor protection;
that worker/labor protection for those who work both in employment relationship and outside employment
