RATIFICATION OF LOAN AGREEMENT ON NUCLEUS ESTATE AND SMALLHOLDER PROJECT (NES VII REGION IV) BETWEEN THE SAUDI FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

that in Jakarta, on October 1, 1986, the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia signed the Loan Agreement on Nucleus Estate and Smallholder Project (NES VII Region IV) between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Indonesia as a result of negotiations between the Delegations of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD);
that in connection with this, and in accordance with the Mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the House of Representatives Number 2826/HK/1960 dated August 22,
