Appeal letter dated January 10, 1956 from Tjia Khing Siong, owner of the truck company \"HASIL BARU\", residing at Lodjiwurung 87 a, Surakarta, regarding the rejection of his application dated September 3, 1953 to transport goods by public truck via the Solo-Salatiga-Semarang route with a public truck, based on the Decree of the Minister of Transportation dated May 3, 1955 No. L8/43/24;
